An initial homeopathy consultation takes 1½ hours during which time I would like to gain a full understanding of how your symptoms affect you, both physically and emotionally. I would also like to know how your health has been in the past. I will ask you about your appetite, sleep, thirst, any medications you are taking etc. so as to understand more fully all the factors that influence your health. This information will help me to select the right homeopathic remedy for you.
I will want to see you again after approximately 4 weeks for a follow-up consultation, this will last 1 hour. We will explore the changes that have taken place so we can agree the next step in your treatment.
The length of treatment depends largely on how long you have experienced your symptoms; recent illnesses can get better very quickly, more chronic symptoms may take a little longer.
Anything you say will be treated in the strictest confidence.
